Holiday Glam & Giving 2016
Saturday, December 3, 2016 • The Meritage Resort & Spa • 11-3 PM
Come to Cope's 5th Annual Holiday Gala to help Protect Napa's Children
Napa Valley's most valuable resource may surprise you: our children! Help support them in style at Cope Family Center's 5th Annual Holiday Glam & Giving Event, Saturday, December 3rd at the Meritage Resort from 11:00am to 3:00pm. Tickets are $85 individual, $850 for a table of ten.
This year's theme hopes to inspire the guests by asking the question, "What if you could be the difference in the life of a child?" Guests will be greeted with glasses of sparkling wine while they peruse the silent auction featuring an array of lavish packages from Valley businesses and a fun raffle of custom-decorated holiday wreaths and trees.
The gourmet lunch that follows will include wines from Event Co-Wine Chairs Jo Ann Truchard (Truchard Vineyard) and Rebecca Laird (Laird Family Estate). The Glam factor will be provided by a fashion show, with models styled by Napa boutiques The Mustard Seed Clothing Co. and Williamson & Co. KTVU sports journalist Mark Ibanez, a Napan himself, will be the celebrity emcee.
The event's Giving factor will be a live auction with auctioneers Richard and Rely Pio Roda of Pio Roda Auctions. With tropical vacations and epicurean adventures up for bid, it's a fantastic way to contribute to Cope Family Center’s child abuse prevention programs.
The Holiday Glam & Giving event is brought to you through the hard work and dedication of Cope’s Woman2Woman Committee. Last year, the event sold out quickly, so get your tickets today!
Cope Family Center was founded in 1972 by a group of concerned
parents after a child abuse related death. Since then it has been Cope Family Center's mission to prevent and address the root causes of child abuse and neglect by offering case management, parent education and self-sufficiency services. Cope's staff and volunteers have worked with tens of thousands of families since our inception, serving over 800 families this past year alone.
Our success today is due to not only the hard work of staff and volunteers who have helped countless families over the past 44 years, but also to our dedicated supporters who make all of that work possible. By attending and contributing this this annual holiday gala, you are helping create a future where all children in Napa county are healthy, safe and have the opportunity to reach their greatest potential. Thank you for sharing that vision for our community!
